How to Make A Warranty Claim?
Step 1: Please contact us at info@chancoomy.com and our colleagues will advise you the process involved in making a claim.
Step 2: We will verify the order of purchase first before proceed the claim.
Step 3: After verification confirm, customer need to send the item back to our warehouse.
Step 4: Checking process by our professional technician (repair/replace), it might take within 10-14days.
Step 5: After confirm (repair/replace), item will be send out to the customer.
